1. I walked outside last night and definitely biffed it on the ice. It’s only the second time I’ve done that this semester. I’m surprised. It’s funny, once I’m on the ground I feel like just staying there. Good place to contemplate life…or see how long it would take to freeze my rear end.
2. I’m pretty much going deaf and it showed last night: We were down by the Grille for Praise and Worship and Nathan walked up to me and asked “Did Michelle come with you?” I said, “Well she’s here, but she came earlier than me so I don’t know where she is. I can help you look…” And then I saw his face and decided I probably hadn’t heard him right. “um…wait…let me guess..you didn’t ask me if Michelle came with me.” “No, I said ‘Is it alright if I chill with you?'” My response: “Absolutely!” 😀
3. Hiccup’s are sneaky little things. There was one yesterday that crept up my throat without even a hint of being there. And then it decided to explode out of my mouth and splatter all over the walls in the library. There were four people in the library near me so it was really quiet…until I hiccupped. I just laughed…which was probably also too loud. Oops.
So that was yesterday. Today has been less embarassing so far.
Speaking of embarassing, I’m pretty sure I have more embarrassing moments than the majority of the population. For some reason, however, I lack the embarrassment hormone and very rarely get embarrassed…so I never remember my embarrassing moments. Which is probably good because if I could, I would probably be too scared to leave my room.
